Delete your Quibbit account and data

Without the app

1. Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Quibbit account.
2. Use the subject Delete my Quibbit account and ask us to delete your account and synced progress.
3. We will verify ownership if needed and complete the request within 30 days after verification.

Request account deletion

Never send us your password, security code or payment details.

In the app

Sign in on the homepage, open Keep your progress → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. If prompted, sign out and sign in again first. Deletion is permanent.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in account, synced puzzle saves and progress, scores and statistics stored in those saves, synced profile preferences and any archive entitlement associated with the account are deleted. Provider security logs and backup copies, where applicable, follow the provider's retention processes. Records required by law may be retained.

Guest progress and other devices

Guest progress exists only on your device. Clear Quibbit's app data or uninstall the app to remove it. Uninstalling does not delete a cloud account. Other devices may retain local copies until you sign out or clear their app data.
